If you've already done physical therapy. If you've already seen a chiropractor. And you're still dealing with the same tightness, the same nagging pain, the same frustrating limits on what your body will let you do. I want you to know that's not just "how it is now." There's usually more going on, and more that can be done.

For nearly two decades, I've coached people all over the Pacific Northwest who are dealing with exactly this mechanical pain and dysfunction that's gotten in the way of the life they actually want to live. Not just athletes chasing a number on the bar, but active people who want to move without pain, keep up with their workouts, their kids, their weekends, and feel like themselves again.

EXPERIENCE

What I've learned, working with everyone from injury recovery clients to elite powerlifters, is that lasting relief almost never comes from treating one isolated symptom. It comes from rebuilding how your body moves as a whole, your strength, your mobility, and your conditioning, working together instead of fighting each other. That's the approach I bring to every client.

This isn't about chasing perfection, and it isn't another quick fix that wears off in a week. It's about getting to the root cause of what's holding you back and building a body that lets you live exactly how you want.
